Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant types and processes correspondence, compiles reports, and
attends departmental meetings as directed. As Executive Assistant, this person works on special
projects as directed by the President and other Principal Owners.
Skills:
* Knowledge of basic Windows, Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel, & Word Perfect.
* Familiar with the operation of basic office equipment, including copiers, and printers.
* Knows basic format for business letters.
* Accurate and clear oral and written communication skills.
* Detail oriented.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least five (5) to ten (10) years business office related experience.
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Experience in Engineering or Construction field is a plus.
