Job Description

Job Summary:

The Program Manager supports the Leadership Team in both Women's Health and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) as well as collaborates closely with UCSF Health System Operations, clinical departments, and administrative leaders to advance strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and service line priorities across Women’s Health and REI.

This role provides program management and coordination for high-priority REI initiatives, including reproductive health programs, patient access improvement efforts, ambulatory growth initiatives, care delivery transformation projects, strategic partnerships, operational integration activities, and other emerging Women's Health and REI priorities. The Program Manager works with clinical, operational, academic, research, financial, legal, and administrative stakeholders to support planning, implementation, communication, project tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives.

The Program Manager coordinates complex cross-functional projects involving UCSF Health, the School of Medicine, department and division leadership, faculty, ambulatory operations, finance, strategy, legal, IT, quality, patient experience, and external partners. Responsibilities include developing project plans, facilitating stakeholder engagement, monitoring progress against established goals and timelines, preparing analyses and presentation materials, identifying risks and barriers, and supporting implementation efforts.
