Job Description

Involves patient care services for a range of mental health disorders, often severe including major depressive disorders, paranoia, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder. Settings may be inpatient, outpatient or clinical research studies. Patient care may be provided by a combination of licensed clinicians, as well as counselors and crisis intervention specialists. Patients typically require routine assistance, treatment or a specialized and controlled environment. Primary emphasis on treatment and attempt where possible to help patients control their own lives in the outside world, with the use of a combination of psychiatric drugs and psychotherapy.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in related area and 3 years related work experience; and/or equivalent experience. - Licensed as Clinical Social Worker, Marriage Family Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist - 3 years of related work experience - Strong skills in providing individual and group behavioral therapy, behavioral analysis and / or educational interventions. - Strong knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with profession. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. - Highly effective verbal and written communication.
