Responsible for performing a variety of patient, cafeteria and catering services functions that may include patient visitation, tray assembly, distribution and service, general sanitation, cleaning and use of kitchen equipment and pantries. Main Duties: Help patients choose meals that match their dietary needs and preferences. Assemble and deliver meal trays accurately and on time. Take and monitor food temperatures; report issues promptly. Pick up trays from patient rooms courteously. Stock and clean food areas and pantries. Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely. Set up and serve food in cafeteria and catering settings. Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation and safety procedures (HACCP, infection control, etc.). Transport food, carts, and supplies safely throughout the facility. Follow all hospital, department, and safety policies. Communicate patient concerns to the right staff.
