Position Information
The Financial Services Analyst 1 will provide financial and analytical support for the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Under the supervision of the Financial Administrative Officer, provides analysis and support of financial operations; monthly and year end. These include pro-card transfers, ledger reconciliation for assigned funds, monitor encumbrance reports, data updates and other general accounting and payroll tasks. Assists in maintaining fiscal integrity of funds and accounts to ensure funds are in an auditable/reportable condition. This role requires the incumbent to work collaboratively and contribute to the administrative team in the support of Faculty, Researchers, Staff and students.
The full salary range for the Financial Services Analyst 1 is $26.44 - $38.51 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $26.44 - $27.51 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
