Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Ability to pass Child Abuse and Neglect Registry check, State Police background check, and drug screen.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Competence in treatment planning, mental health diagnosis, and treatment.
- Adaptable technological skills for clinical documentation and care coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure continuity of care and professional licensure.
- Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing a range of therapy modalities in an outpatient setting.
- One (1) year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience.
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care: diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention using evidence-based modalities.
- Deliver indirect services and administrative duties aligned with clinic policies and procedures.
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor and other treatment team members to coordinate care.
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with policies, procedures, and licensure requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education to maintain quality of care and licensure.
- Adapt to technologized workflows and utilize digital tools to enhance care delivery and documentation.
