The LCSW conducts diagnostic assessments and provides individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The position also collaborates with community agencies, participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning, maintains timely clinical documentation, and provides supervision to trainees.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related field PLUS Five (5) years of experience working with children and adolescents affected by sexual abuse or sexual behavior concerns
Current Arkansas Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
Experience implementing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and complex family systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ability to collaborate professionally with community agencies and referral partners.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities
Conduct intake interviews, assessments, and treatment planning.
Provide individual, family, marital, and group therapy.
Use trauma-informed, evidence-based treatments, including TF-CBT.
Complete clinical assessments and make appropriate referrals.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, reports, and billing documentation.
Screen referrals and coordinate intake appointments and services.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and multidisciplinary staffing.
Collaborate with community agencies and other professionals involved in client care.
Provide supervision and support to trainees.
Complete other clinical and program duties as assigned.
