Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma/GED plus10 years of HVAC Control's experience with additional 5 years supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record
- Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate Degree with a Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Similar.
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- CHFM or CHC
- Computer program proficiency level: Advanced
