midsouth.ualr.eduSummary of Job Duties:This position will facilitate training sessions for the Prevention Education team for peer recovery support services. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.Qualifications:

Required Education and or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field;
  • One (1) year of professional experience with peer recovery and/or prevention education services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct training sessions for peer recovery groups;
    • Facilitate contracted service training

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent skills in facilitating groups from diverse backgrounds;
    • Ability to travel in-state;
    • Ability to coordinate and conduct training programs;
    • Ability to work outside of regular office hours is required;
    • Ability to adapt to organizational change and handle multiple tasks;
    • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
