May participate in program planning and in setting program objectives. May supervise support staff. May act as a communication liaison and special events planner. Interfaces with outside resources such as volunteers, alumni, patients, other professionals in a defined field or with continuing education students. May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support program director (scheduling, polls, establishing calls, calendar management) other duties as assigned.
- Virtual meeting preparation and management of Zoom operations consortium wide.
- Taking notes, preparing meeting minutes, disseminating them to call teams and recording them for future review.
- Track appropriate metrics/action items for meetings, prepare slide decks for meetings as directed, prepare agendas as needed, communication and follow up with study teams, etc.
- Provide consortium support to the regulatory, data, and financial teams as directed.
- Maintain the operations center personnel database.
- Entering demographic information, collecting certifications and additional information from consortium personnel for globally transmitted communications.
- Maintain, prepare, and organize virtual records for the operations center.
- Construct, gather information, and distribute bi-weekly newsletter consortium wide with important information from the operations center.
- Maintain and keep up to date the NF Consortium webpage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
