Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling and facilitates pre-certification and admitting processes as
- Coordinates outpatient scheduling and facilitates pre-certification for diagnostic testing and
- Serves as an advocate for patient and patient family assisting patients and patient families
community.
- Answers patient inquiries verbally or in writing, acting as an advocate
- Provides and documents a thorough and accurate record of patient plans and interactions.
- Performs administrative functions such as collaborating with other members of the care
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
