The Facilities Services team at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is accepting applications for positions that will perform various service functions for any department within Facilities Services (Office or Grounds).
This is a pooled recruitment and candidates will be reviewed on an as-needed basis throughout the current fiscal year.
Knowledge of service area. Ability to operate computers. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. May require technical knowledge. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications
1 year relevant experience is preferred.
HS graduation or the equivalent. An unrestricted Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria is required.
Position Details
This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
