Job Title: GROUNDS AND MAINTENANCE LABORER
Reports to: Facilities Manager/Team Leader
Job Scope: Day Labor
Salary: $15.00 per hour
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain Grounds to include mowing, watering and trimming with powered equipment
- Maintenance on buildings and structures to include cleaning and painting
- Ensures all OSHA and Safety Standards are met
- Assists in the setting up for events
- Assists with maintenance operations within the grounds
- Assists with rental usage of facilities as it pertains to use and maintenance.
- Cleaning of restroom facilities
- Picking up refuse throughout the grounds
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have clean driving record
Must be able to operate gas or electrically powered equipment
General working knowledge of small engines
General working knowledge of safety standards
General working knowledge of hand and power tools
General working knowledge of lawn maintenance
