Ahuja Operating Room is looking for a Cardiac Surg Tech interested in joining our team!

What We Offer:

• $5k sign-on bonus for external candidates with 1 years of experience and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new grad techs.

Essential Functions

• Provide safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using nursing interventions in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
• Provide patient care/function in a primary scrub position.
• Assist with technical responsibilities in assigned operative procedures.
• Assure appropriate instruments/supplies are present and in proper working condition.
• Provide labeled medications with correct doses on the sterile field.
• Perform other duties which support the operative team, includes following patient care hand off protocol.
• Actively participate in the quality improvement process.
• Involved in learning and self-improvement.
