The expected hourly range for this position is TC/1375 : Probationary Rate $20.10 - Job Rate $20.60 - Two (2) Year Rate $21.22 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations.
- Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed.
- Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
