Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position requires a caring attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while providing care.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home in Northville, MI.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and sensitive to client needs.
