Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to supervisors.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with compassion.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other regulatory requirements.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
