University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients in Brighton, MI, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors
- Follow care plans and safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Prior home care or caregiving experience is an asset, but NOT required
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Brighton, MI is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients is a MUST
