Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient care information accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for electronic charting
