University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Howell, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and personal care to our clients in their homes, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00
