Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or medical personnel
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in home care or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients
- Reliable transportation to commute to client homes in Chelsea, MI
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
