Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide quality care and support to clients in Highland Township, MI. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
• Pass a background check .
