As a Patient Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit-from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. You'll be a key player in making sure everything runs like clockwork in the front desk area while keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. What You'll Do:

• Be the First Friendly Face: Assist patients with scheduling, check-in, registration, check-out, and ensure they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Manage Patient Flow: Help keep the clinic running smoothly by managing the flow of patients, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and check-ins.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Make sure all patient demographic and financial information is accurately entered into our system, ensuring a smooth visit for everyone.
• Communication Pro: Answer all phone calls, respond to patient requests, and explain health benefits, financial obligations, and our organization's Discount Policy with clarity.
• Be the Scheduling Guru: Take charge of the clinic schedule, ensuring it's effective, organized, and optimized for the best patient experience.

What You Need to Bring:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, where you've honed your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Communication Skills: You've got excellent verbal communication skills, and you're also great with written communication-whether it's talking to patients or exchanging information with other staff.
• Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems.
• Detail-Oriented: You'll be the expert in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is verified correctly.
