POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a close working relationship with patients, physicians, Radiology information services, directors, technologists and all other customers providing support in resolving radiology service issues. Maintains and distributes confidential health information, when appropriate. Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient performance of assigned duties and associated tasks. Promotes the Health System's 4 for the customer program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or its equivalent required. One year of experience in general office clerical work is required. Two years of experience preferred. Two years of related college level course work may be substituted for 1 year of experience. College or commercial school courses in business information systems functions are preferred. Two years of data management or information systems experience is preferred. Computer data entry, word processing and spreadsheet experience is preferred.
Salary : $19 - $25
