What You'll Do
Support the Director of Nursing in providing leadership and oversight to the nursing team.
Assist in developing and executing plans to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including state and federal regulations.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
Partner with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and retain top nursing talent.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and safety.
Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What You Need
Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice and patient care.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
