Job Description
Help people of all ages regain their independence and get back to the activities they love! As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, and guide them through hands-on therapy. You’ll work with everyone—from toddlers to seniors—collaborating with physicians, families, and rehab staff to achieve the best outcomes.
You’ll also mentor OT assistants and students, maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe and supportive environment, and keep your skills sharp through ongoing professional development.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Missouri OT license
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate therapy techniques
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
