Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care
Join our dedicated Long Term Care (LTC) team where you'll provide compassionate nursing care under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. In this role, you’ll support residents by administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care. You’ll also lead and support CNAs and CMTs to ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful care in alignment with care plans and state/federal regulations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct care and monitor residents’ conditions
- Supervise and mentor direct care and ancillary staff
- Communicate with medical staff and advocate for resident needs
- Assist with assessments, admissions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with current nursing standards and maintain professional credentials
- Foster a safe, culturally sensitive, and resident-centered environment
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current Missouri LPN license
- BCLS certification
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting or similar clinical environment
- IV Therapy certification (state-approved)
