- Execute recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals across assigned graduate program portfolios.
- Represent the School of Management at recruitment events, fairs, partner institutions, and professional conferences, both domestically and internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, agents, alumni, and partners.
- Provide personalized admissions advising through meetings, phone calls, and follow-up outreach .
- Support campus visits, recruitment events, and admitted student yield initiatives.
- Manage prospect and applicant activity within Slate, ensuring accurate tracking, timely communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Develop and oversee a graduate student ambassador program to enhance recruitment and engagement efforts.
- Analyze recruitment trends and contribute insights to improve strategy and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty, marketing, and student services, to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
