The Department of Pediatrics in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo (UB) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist to join a dynamic and growing Division of Pediatric Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine. This is an academic faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments.
The selected candidate will contribute to clinical care, education, research, and program development, with significant leadership opportunities, including the potential to lead the Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Program.

- Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric pulmonology care
- Participate in consult services (PICU, NICU, general pediatrics)
- Manage conditions such as cystic fibrosis, asthma, BPD, neuromuscular disease, and sleep disorders
- Flexible bronchoscopy/advanced bronchoscopy
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinics
- Faculty appointment with opportunities for protected academic time
- Participation in clinical trials and outcomes research
- Collaboration across pulmonary, allergy/immunology, neonatology, and critical care
- Mentorship of trainees
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participate in conferences and curriculum development
