The Role
We're looking for a hands-on functional consultant who can configure and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM and get real Copilot solutions into production for clients. You'll sit close to the business—translating what clients need into working solutions across sales, service, and customer experience—while helping them adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio in ways that stick.
This is a delivery-focused, mid-level role. You bring functional depth, solid Power Platform skills, and the confidence to run a workshop and guide a client to getting gmost of their M365 and D365 stack.
What You'll Own
- Configure and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM across Sales, Service, Field Service, Contact Center, and Customer Insights.
- Build, deploy, and support Copilot solutions—Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts, Copilot Studio agents, and AI-assisted workflows—from setup through adoption.
- Run discovery sessions to capture business requirements, pain points, and process gaps.
- Deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) that solve real problems.
- Translate business processes into functional designs and clear documentation.
- Partner with UIT's developers, project managers, and consultants to build and deploy scalable solutions.
- Support clients through each project phase—requirements, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Advise on CRM and Copilot best practices, adoption, and practical next steps.
- Build trust with stakeholders at every level, from end users to leadership, through clarity and results.
What You Bring
- 5 years or more of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM / CE experience (Sales, Service, Field Service, Contact Center, or Customer Insights).
- Practical experience deploying Copilot—Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-driven Power Platform solutions—in real client environments.
- Solid Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, the security model, solution layering, and ALM basics.
- Comfortable leading workshops, writing documentation, and guiding clients from idea to go-live.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers on delivery.
- Strong communication—you can talk tech with engineers and outcomes with business stakeholders.
- Leveraging AI daily in tasks. Cowork.
- Based in the U.S. and able to work Central Time Zone hours.
Bonus Points For
- Experience integrating D365 CRM with external systems via APIs, Power Automate, or other Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure services
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Copilot.
- ERP or Business Central Experience
