About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks to support the Account Payable/Receivable Department.
- Maintain records.
- Help maintain the department operation.
- Help with customer inquiries.
- Provide customers with information and direct them accordingly.
- Process customers payments.
- Investigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other department.
