Responsibilities
- Independently manage payroll and timekeeping processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job posting to onboarding, in collaboration with department leaders.
- Guide new employees through a seamless onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term success.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, fostering a respectful and supportive workplace culture.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring timely feedback and continuous improvement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date HR records and ensure accurate documentation across all processes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making and continuous organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, with demonstrated ownership of key HR functions.
- 3 years of payroll and HRIS administration experience; familiarity with Paylocity is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and navigate sensitive employee matters.
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance cycles, and benefits administration.
