A Day in the Life
As a 3rd Shift Diesel Technician at Universal Truck Service, you will work a 4/10 schedule - four ten-hour nights Monday through Thursday, with three-day weekends every week. You will diagnose failures, perform PM services, and handle electrical, suspension, brake, and drivetrain repairs on heavy-duty trucks in a well-lit, updated shop. What You'll Do
- Perform PM services, brake and ABS repairs, suspension and drivetrain work
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems - chassis and engine
- Perform transmission and driveline repairs
- Accurately document all work performed
- Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times
Schedule
3rd Shift - 4/10 schedule (Monday through Thursday nights). $2/hr shift differential included. Three-day weekends every week.
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician or Diesel Mechanic
- Own tools and toolbox
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic computer skills
- High school diploma required; technical degree or DOT certification a plus

- $1000- $1,500 performance bonus every 90 days (80% of Universal Truck Service Diesel Mechanics hit it)
