The right individual is persistent in self-improvement and consistent in their actions. Experience in real estate title and settlement is not necessary. We have a training blueprint that will take a beginner to advanced within six months. Must be a licensed Maryland attorney to apply. The candidate will prioritize their valuable time in reviewing, analyzing and curing nuance title issues that may arise, properly communicating those with the client and leading the transaction to a smooth and happy closing.The real estate title and settlement industry is unique - it is emotionally thrilling to assist in celebration of a home purchase and also financially rewarding for the entrepreneurial candidate.
