- Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 per year depending on experience

- Guide Success: Monitor student grades and attendance, provide academic advising, and manage paperwork for withdrawals and leaves of absence.
- Support Systems: Act as a backup for Student Services, partner with the Education Department, and assist with various student and community programs.
- Enhance Learning: Develop course schedules, address scheduling challenges, and advise students on their options.
- Champion Resources: Assist with ADA/504 accommodations, Veterans Benefits, and Student VISA processes as needed.
- Foster Community: Support housing needs, mediate roommate conflicts, and ensure housing status codes are updated.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Experience: 2-3 years in the education field highly preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Attributes: Positive attitude, multi-tasker, and willingness to learn
