đź“… Full-Time | Reports to VP of Operations (UPI)
Are you a Quality expert with a strong background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Environmental, in construction, piping, or HVAC industries? We’re looking for a leader who can own the process, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across our Business Unit.
Your Role:
âś” Lead Quality & Environmental programs for job sites and fabrication shops
âś” Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS standards, and other certifications
âś” Conduct audits using advanced tools to verify processes, including, but not limited to, welding certifications and documentation
âś” Oversee fabrication quality, ensuring that what goes out the door meets specifications
âś” Partner with safety teams to track painting usage, chemicals, and environmental impact
âś” Drive recertification efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
âś” Foster a culture of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or related field
âś… 5 years of experience in Quality Management and Environmental Compliance in construction or industrial sectors
âś… Hands-on experience with ISO audits, TS standards, and quality systems
âś… Technical knowledge of industrial construction, piping, and HVAC fabrication processes
âś… Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
