Stage Manager

As a stage manager, you will play a vital role in producing successful entertaining shows for our guests. You will assist and provide support in a number of pre-production, production and post-production activities, including; planning, scheduling, rehearsals, pre-show checks, performances, safety activities, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have previous stage manager experience
• Must be able to work all holidays

Job Demands:

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• The noise level is generally moderate to high
• Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors

Pay:

• $27.22 per hour
