```Responsibilities```
- Set up and operate Mazak VTC 80030SRKY Vertical Mill
- Program a Mazak VTC 80030SRKY Vertical Mill using Mazatrol and Solidcam
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Determine the sequence of operations and select the appropriate tooling
- Monitor machine operations to detect any defects or malfunctions
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with operating a lathe is beneficial
- Previous experience operating Mazak CNC mills is required
