MAINTENANCE WORKER
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
MONDAY - FRIDAY
The Maintenance Worker position requires a hard-working individual who can work effectively in different work-related scenarios.
Seeking someone who is self-sufficient with the ability to be productive and reliable even when management is not present.
SOME DUTIES INCLUDE

• Removal of graffiti
• Interior and exterior painting
• Light and ballasts replacements
• Sheetrock repair and patching
• Vacancy clean outs
• Ceiling tile replacements
• Roof and drain cleaning
• Floor scrubbing with the tenants scrubbers
• Plumbing
o Repair leaks
o Change of fixtures
o Unclogging backups
• Vacuuming, dusting, de-webbing
• Clean & restock restrooms
• Sweeping, mopping
• Empty trash receptacles
• Must be able to use chemical or cleaning solution to perform duties
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching
forward.
• Must be able to work outside in the elements.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must speak, read, and write in English ( Preferred but not necessary)
2. Previous experience working in the janitorial/maintenance industry is preferred
3. Ability to communicate effectively with management
4. Valid driver's license
5. Be accountable and detail oriented
6. Be able to work under pressure and under strict deadlines
7. Great customer service
8. Highly motivated
9. Must be able to text, and email effectively with management
10. Will be driving company vehicle- Needs to have a clean driving record.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
• Eliminación de grafiti
• Pintura interior y exterior
• Reemplazo de luces y balastros
• Reparación y parcheo de paneles de yeso (sheetrock)
• Limpieza de unidades vacantes
• Reemplazo de plafones (losetas de techo)
• Limpieza de techos y desagües
• Limpieza de pisos con máquinas de los inquilinos
• Plomería
o Reparación de fugas
o Cambio de accesorios
o Destapar obstrucciones
• Aspirar, quitar polvo y telarañas
• Limpiar y reabastecer baños
• Barrer y trapear
• Vaciar botes de basura
• Debe ser capaz de usar productos químicos o soluciones de limpieza para realizar las tareas

• Debe poder levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 50 libras
• Estar de pie constantemente, caminar, empujar, mantener el equilibrio, agacharse, arrodillarse, ponerse en cuclillas, girar, alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y hacia adelante
• Debe poder trabajar al aire libre bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas

CALIFICACIONES
