What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE MARKETING/SALES LIAISON Down river(Taylor to Monroe) position at Universal Home Health Care?
Universal Home Health Care, Inc. is an established home health care agency who serves and delivers compassionate, high quality Home care, Hospice and Palliative care to patients and clients in their homes or places of residence since 2002.
As a Community Liaison, you will:
1) Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners and case managers.
2) Build and maintain client relationships.
3) Obtain referrals as outlined by the supervisor.
4) Assist discharge planners/case managers with the transition care.
5) Conduct meetings and presentations with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, medical social workers to attain new referrals and follow ups.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1) Associate degree or better
2) Health care sales experience selling home health care, hospice care, DME, Out patient therapy, Pharma, assisted living or other healthcare sales experience required.
3) Excellent selling skills to appropriately represent the company to the targeted referral sources.
4) Competitive salary/compensations, bonuses based on experience.
