Dover Behavioral Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. The Mental Health Tech (MHT) Supervisor is responsible for providing patient care support and ensuring that a safe environment is maintained within the treatment facility. MHT Supervisor assists Nursing Leadership with supervision and training of MHTs, milieu management, identification of program needs, and general oversight and direction of daily operations. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the MHT Supervisor integrates DBH's mission, vision, and values to promote an optimal healing environment.

Education: Associate degree required, Bachelors Preferred!
