Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Executive Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating quality of care for patients in an outpatient setting. Also responsible for day to day operations, management and development of Outpatient programming and Senior Perspectives. Offers direct supervision to several employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, operations of all facets of the Outpatient office responsibilities.

• Education:
• • Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Required: Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, MFTA, LMFT, LPP)
• Experience:
  • Required: 5 - 8 years of related experience.
  • Preferred: 8 - 10 years of related experience.
