The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast and lunch meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycleand production sheets.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Two years experience in quantity cooking preferred, with a basic knowledge of modified diets and training in food service sanitation preferred. Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.
