Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Dinner Cook/breakfast Cook to join our team . This role involves preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and assisting with menu execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, able to cook Steaks, seafood and or Breakfast items, experience in food service or the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary expertise while contributing to a dynamic kitchen team committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation for various service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support catering events and special functions as needed
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally during service hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment preferred but if you have the passion and drive to work in a fast pasted inviorment we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of food industry standards and customer service principles
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary training is highly desirable

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
