Adolescent Program Coordinator
This positionis responsible forproviding clinical services in the form of planning, groups, and assessments in collaboration with the Program Director.Provides clinical services in the form of carrying a small caseload of patients whilemaintainingongoing adherence to the treatment team's direction of patient care and clinical oversight from a licensed therapist (if not licensed).Provides generalassistancewith oversight of daily milieu related needs and activities and works with the Program Manager/Program Director related to programming changes or improvements.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Education:Master's Degree in mental health related field.
- Experience:One year of experience in a mental health setting.Previoussupervisory experience preferred.Positive leadership skills, excellent residentinteractionand milieu management skills arerequired.
- License/Certification:Licensed or licensed eligible through the state of Florida in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
- Skills:Demonstratesability to communicate verbally and in writing.Demonstrates emotional stability and dependability.Must havegooddriving record.Verification of absence of criminalrecordon local,stateand federal levels.Demonstrate effective clinical skills.
- Physical Requirements:Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs.Must be able to lift over fifty (50lbs) pounds.
