Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Monitor patient health and administer prescribed medications.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
- Document patient observations and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts LPN license.
- Minimum 5 years of recent LPN experience.
- BLS certification (AHA).
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
