Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient outcomes accurately and maintain compliance with medical records requirements.
• Work closely with physicians, other therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communicate with patients and families about progress and next steps in treatment.
• Encourage patients to maintain an active lifestyle to prevent further injuries.
• Provide education on ergonomic techniques and lifestyle adjustments.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Hospital experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic PT who love to learn.
• Excellent communication skills—extra points if you can throw in a great dad joke!
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (but don’t worry, no capes required).

Pay: $2500 - $2600 Weekly (plus, we promise it’ll come with good vibes!)
Expected hours: 40 per week (with coffee breaks, snack breaks, and, well, more breaks!)
