The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our die manufacturing process through comprehensive inspection and testing procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities

Evaluate non-conforming parts to determine salvageability and rework potential
Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Perform comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections on finished dies to ensure compliance with specifications
Select and implement appropriate inspection methodologies based on product requirements
Approve final product quality and release for shipment

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Effective communication skills for reporting findings
Proficient in various inspection and measurement techniques
