Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the fabrication of crowns and bridges. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in delivering precise, consistent lab work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate crowns and bridges
- Read and interpret prescriptions and specifications from dentists
- Operate and maintain dental lab equipment and tools
- Perform trimming, finishing, and polishing to ensure proper fit and function
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Deliver cases to any of the seven office locations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental lab experience required (2 years preferred)
- Strong experience in crown and bridge work
- Knowledge of dental materials and lab procedures
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)
Preferred (Optional but Helps You Stand Out)
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows
- Background in crown and bridge lab work

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
