Major Responsibilities
- Support tracking and organization of AiSS initiatives, use cases, and project updates.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
- Help prepare materials for stakeholder meetings, portfolio reviews, leadership updates, and monthly reporting.
- Review AI use case information and help summarize business needs, proposed solutions, value, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Compile and organize reporting request data to help identify trends, gaps, priorities, and opportunities across the AiSS portfolio.
- Support research on AI tools, emerging technology trends, responsible AI practices, and potential business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather updates, clarify project details, and support timely communication.
- Assist with creating or improving templates, dashboards, process documents, and presentation materials.
- Attend team meetings, use case reviews, and stakeholder discussions to learn how AiSS initiatives are evaluated and advanced within Universal Creative
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to summarize complex information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, innovation, business operations, or project management.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and asking clarifying questions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar tracking/reporting tools.
- Coursework or project experience in business analytics, information systems, project management, data analytics, communications, AI, or technology strategy.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible AI concepts.
- Experience creating presentations, dashboards, process documents, reports, or executive summaries.
- Interest in themed entertainment, creative development, technology, or experience design.
- This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
